Income Disclosure and Earnings Disclaimer

This Earnings Disclaimer applies to Omarra Byrd Online (omarrabyrdonline.com), including every page, video, email, and advertisement that promotes it, operated by PLATINUM POSITIONING, a Pennsylvania Partnership ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. No Income Claims or Guarantees

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply that you will earn any money, achieve any specific result, or experience any particular outcome by watching our videos, requesting our offers, or joining the business opportunity discussed on the Site.

Building any business takes work, time, and consistency. What you earn, if anything, depends on factors we do not control, including your effort, experience, follow-through, market conditions, and the choices you make.

2. An Independent Business, Not a Job

The opportunity discussed on the Site is an independent business in the travel industry. It is offered through a third-party company, not by us. Any income comes from commissions under that company's own compensation plan. It is not a salary, and there is no guaranteed income, schedule, or position.

Many people who join network marketing opportunities earn little or nothing, and some spend more than they earn. Costs may include enrollment fees, ongoing fees, and business expenses. The company's own materials describe what applies.

3. Examples Are Not Typical

Any examples, stories, or references to results, whether ours or anyone else's, show what is possible, not what is typical. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Most people who join any business opportunity do not earn significant income, and results for those who do vary widely.

4. Read the Company's Official Disclosures

Before you decide, review the travel company's official income disclosure statement, compensation plan, and policies. Those documents, not this Site, describe what the company reports about actual participant earnings and what joining costs.

5. Forward-Looking Statements

Any statements about potential outcomes, opportunities, or future performance are forward-looking statements. They reflect our opinion of what is possible, not a prediction or a guarantee. Actual results will differ, and may differ substantially.

6. Not Professional Advice

All content on the Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.

7. Your Responsibility and Due Diligence

By using the Site or joining any opportunity it describes, you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results. You agree that we are not liable for the outcome of your business activities, and that your success or failure is determined by you.

You are responsible for doing your own research before you act. That includes verifying information independently and deciding whether the opportunity fits your situation, resources, and risk tolerance.
